Trainers offering courses on the Platform are responsible for complying with all applicable laws and regulations related to their course content and transactions. This includes but is not limited to ensuring the accuracy of course descriptions, appropriate handling of customer transactions, and providing reliable customer support related to their courses.

You may not use the Platform for any purpose that is illegal or prohibited by these Terms. Prohibited uses include, but are not limited to, using the Platform in any way that violates any applicable local or international law or regulation

Your use of the Platform is at your own risk. The Platform is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, in no event will we be liable for damages of any kind, under any legal theory, arising out of or in connection with your use, or inability to use, the Platform.
